Product Review: Stonewall Kitchen's S'mores Brownie Mix

I love writing this blog.  I love cooking the food, I LOVE eating the food, and I especially love having people to share the food and recipes with.  In this blog, I tend to write as if you and I were sitting down with a cup of coffee and having a chat.  Those of you who normally chat with me know that I have a VERY chatty mouth.  I tend to discuss any and everything, and I usually don't have a pause or mute button on my mouth.  In pouring my every thought into this blog, I have shared many a time my love and adoration of all things s'more.  With that being said, it made for an interesting Christmas.  

I really wasn't writing this blog as a glorified Christmas list, but my readers and friends just knew that anything s'more would be the perfect gift for me!  Lucky me, my sweet sis-in-law gave me this...

 She knew I'd have fun with a s'more brownie creation, and oh, I sure did!

I typically make everything from scratch, but lately I've been one tired pup.  So when our weekend rolled around, and my sweet tooth was aching...I knew it was time.  I plucked that mix right from my pantry shelf, drooled like a puppy over some chow, and eagerly went about the joyful task of preparing Stonewall Kitchen's S'mores Brownie Mix.

Because of it's 3 step process, it feels almost like home made.  First you bake the crust, then you add the brownies and cook awhile longer.  Lastly, you add the marshmallows and bake them long enough to brown.  It's like a perfect, indoor, winter cookout.  Who says that because it's January all reminders of bonfire fun should be eliminated?  Not me, every day is a possible s'more day!
